Regional Working Groups
The Regional Working Groups (RWGs) allow
Community Educators and Community Advisory Board (CAB) members from similar
geographic areas to participate in group discussions focusing on their shared
challenges. The regional groups support local exchange regarding community
participation, education, sensitization and partnership. Each
RWG convenes on a bi-monthly basis via conference call.
The purpose of the Regional Working Groups (RWGs)
is:
- To identify local community involvement issues
- To identify network-wide issues at all levels
of research
- To identify technical assistance and training
needs
- To advise the CWG on local site and community
issues
