HPTN Annual Meeting 2009

Approximately 400 Network members attended the 2009 HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) Annual Meeting held May 4-8, 2009 at the Gaylord National Hotel in the Washington, DC area. This meeting was held in collaboration with the International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials (IMPAACT) team, providing a unique opportunity for cross-Network collaboration. Representatives included staff from each Clinical Trial Unit (principal investigator, site coordinator, community educator/community advisory board member), as well as staff from Central Leadership (CORE, SDMC, CL, NIH), and other collaborating partners.
