Meetings & Conference Calls
Conference Calls
HPTN conference calls are managed by the
network CORE at Family Health International. The minutes of some conference calls are available on the Meeting
& Call Minutes page.
Meetings
The HPTN conducts
an annual All-Investigator meeting as well as smaller semi-annual
meetings of the Executive Committee and Prevention Leadership Group.
The Science Working Groups, Protocol Teams, and other network committees hold meetings as necessary.
Prevention Science Review Committee Meetings (PSRC)
The DAIDS PSRC holds regularly
scheduled meetings to review protocols in development. The PSRC
convenes on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. In order to
have your protocol reviewed by the PSRC you must submit it to your
designated medical officer a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
