Important Changes to the 2025 HPTN Annual Meeting
We welcome you to the all-virtual 2025 HPTN Annual Meeting from June 2 to 4, 2025.
The HPTN Community Working Group will meet virtually on May 29, 30 & June 5, 2025.
This year, we are implementing a new registration process to ensure all invited participants have the appropriate access to meeting content, discussions, and outcomes. Please review these changes before applying to register:
- All meetings are by invitation only. You will have received an email invitation to apply for registration. Applications will be reviewed before access to the agenda, virtual platform, and meeting materials is granted.
- All meetings will be hosted virtually. Invited participants will receive instructions on accessing the virtual platform and the agenda for the meeting following registration approval.
