2025 HPTN Annual Meeting
We welcome you to the all-virtual 2025 HPTN Annual Meeting from June 2 to 4.
The HPTN Community Working Group will meet virtually May 29, 30, and June 5 from 9am to 11am ET.
How To Register
This year, we are implementing a new registration process to ensure all invited participants have the appropriate access to meeting content, discussions, and outcomes. Please review these changes before applying to register:
- All meetings are by invitation only. You will receive an email invitation to apply for registration. All registration applications will be reviewed before access to the agenda, virtual platform, and meeting materials is granted.
- All meetings will be hosted virtually. Invited participants will receive instructions on accessing the virtual platform and the agenda for the meeting following registration approval.
HPTN leadership understands that these changes may require extra planning, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility. We are thankful for your cooperation as we aim to provide our network members with the best possible meeting experience.
Apply for Registration to the HPTN Annual Meeting
Applicants will be notified of their registration status via email within 3-5 business days after applying. To ensure your application is reviewed promptly, please verify that your personal information (name, email address, affiliation, etc.) is accurate and spelled correctly. If your registration application is confirmed, you will receive information on how to access meeting materials.

By attending this meeting, you acknowledge and agree that all discussions, presentations, meeting materials, and data shared during the event are strictly confidential and intended solely for participants authorized by the HPTN. Participants are strictly prohibited from distributing or sharing any meeting content—including but not limited to presentations, discussions, research findings, and materials—without prior written consent from HPTN leadership. Unauthorized disclosure of meeting outputs in any form may result in removal from the meeting and exclusion from future HPTN communications and activities.
