Bio
Dr. Zamudio-Haas is an assistant professor in the Division of Prevention Science in the Department of Medicine and affiliated faculty with the Institute of Global Health Sciences, both at the University of California, San Francisco. She is a Population Health and Health Equity Scholar whose research interests focus on developing programmatic strategies and interventions to increase access to HIV services for marginalized populations. Currently, Dr. Zamudio-Haas leads two HIV prevention studies with and for transgender women, based in Oakland, California, and São Paulo, Brazil.
